By accessing nuatlantis.earth ("the Site") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Memberships & Courses

Memberships renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel any time from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Course purchases grant a non-transferable license to access that course content.

3. Educational Disclaimer

All content is educational and spiritual in nature. Nothing on the Site constitutes medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Consult a qualified professional before acting on anything you read or watch here.

4. Physical Products

Orgonite and related items are sold as art and educational tools. No therapeutic claims are made or implied.

5. Intellectual Property

All text, video, audio, and designs are the property of Nu Atlantis Earth School. You may not redistribute, resell, or republish course material without written permission.

6. Affiliate Program

Approved affiliates earn commission on referred sales per the affiliate dashboard terms. Self-referrals, fraud, and refunded sales do not qualify.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nu Atlantis Earth School is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products.
