What we collect

• Account info: email, name, password (hashed)
• Order info: shipping address, phone, items purchased
• Payment info: handled by Stripe — we never see your full card number
• Usage data: pages visited, course progress, referral source

How we use it

To deliver courses, fulfill orders, send transactional and membership emails, prevent fraud, and improve the site. We do not sell your data.

Who we share with

Stripe (payments), our hosting and email infrastructure providers, and shipping carriers when you order physical products. That's it.

Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies (auth session, cart, 30-day affiliate referral). No third-party advertising trackers.

Your rights

You may request export or deletion of your account data at any time by emailing shop@nuatlantis.earth.

Data retention

Order and tax records are retained for 7 years as required by law. Other personal data is deleted on request unless a legal hold applies.
