Memberships

A 7-day free trial is available on every tier — no card required. Paid membership charges are non-refundable, but you can cancel any time from your dashboard and keep access through the end of your current billing period.

Courses & digital products

Due to the digital nature of courses, downloads, and other digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Physical products

Orgonite and other physical items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Buyer pays return shipping. Refund issued to original payment method within 5 business days of receipt.

Damaged or incorrect items: contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll replace or refund at no cost.

How to request

Email shop@nuatlantis.earth with your order number and reason. We respond within 2 business days.
